The Wine Village is located on Historical Route 66 (405 Main Street) in downtown Stroud. The facility has a garden courtyard called The Cozy Park and an adjacent building, both of which are situated on the north side of Route 66. The building houses a wine Tasting Room on the south end, a meeting room called The Boardroom on the north end and a reception area in the middle. The Cozy Park, The Tasting Room and The Boardroom are available to host your special events. All three have access to the reception area and the restrooms. The facility is handicap accessible. Tour buses may unload on Main Street. Additional parking is available on the rear of the building.

The Cozy Park

The Cozy Park is 100 feet by 24 feet (2400 sq. ft), of which 1800 sq. ft can be used for outdoor events all year round, weather permitting. The Park is lighted in the evening. Outdoor furniture is provided.

The Tasting Room

Entrance to The Tasting Room is through the garden courtyard on the southwest side of the building. The tasting room is 48 feet by 24 feet (1152 sq. ft). It has a wine-tasting bar on one end and a seating/lounge area on the other end. The other two sides have displays of fine arts and gift items. There is ample space in the interior part of the room that is available for hosting special events. The Tasting Room is available for lease all day on Mondays, after 6 pm Tuesdays through Saturdays, and after 5 pm on Sundays.

The Boardroom

The Boardroom is currently under renovation. Please call for the availability. Amenities in this room will include a private wet bar and a projection screen.

The Reception Area

This area is currently under renovation. This area will contain a caterer’s kitchen, a seating area and a wet bar.

Leasing Policies

Wines other than Sparks Winery cannot be consumed on the premise. No other alcoholic beverages such as beer, wine cooler and liquor are allowed.

Leasing by individuals requires a non-refundable deposit. Meetings cancelled with less than 72-hour notice will be billed for three-hour minimum usage.

The building is 100% smoke free. Smoking is allowed but discouraged in The Cozy Park.
